Your Tax Free form must be completed and signed before it is presented to Swiss customs authorities. Remember, to claim your VAT refund at any Global Blue Refund Office, your Tax Free form must be validated before leaving Switzerland.
RECEIVE YOUR REFUND
Visit any Global Blue Refund Office.
Present the validated Tax Free Form and receive your refund. If you mail back the validated Tax Free Form, make sure the payment details are filled in and the statement is signed.

To obtain a refund at any Global Blue Refund Office, please provide the following:
- Personal data and passport
- Tax Free form completed and validated by customs
