Is our watch covered by warranty?

All our watches are authentic and come with the original box (if available) and the original warranty issued by the manufacturer when first purchased, if still present. Before being offered for sale, all products are carefully tested by our team at Exel Watches Lab. We offer a 24-month warranty on the smooth operation of each watch.

Orders placed in San Marino: for these orders, the available payment methods are BKN301 and Bitcoin.
Orders placed in Lugano: for these orders, we use Stripe and Bitcoin as payment methods.

We ship with maximum protection and confidentiality in Express mode with full insurance Monday through Friday.

Track your package

Choose your watch, complete payment, and wait for confirmation that payment has been received from us. You will receive the tracking number via email or WhatsApp from our sales consultants and can track the journey of your shipment until delivery. Return policy

You have up to 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return by following the directions below:

Notify Exel Watches of your return decision.
The watch must be returned in undamaged condition, without having been worn or damaged, with the complete set and original packaging delivered upon purchase.
The return shipment of the watch will be the responsibility of the sender. You will be responsible for arranging the return shipment, including shipping costs. Use a traceable shipping service and insure the package for the full value of the watch. Any damage or loss in transit is the responsibility of the sender.
Packaging should provide adequate protection to prevent any damage that may occur during the return journey.
The product should have no scratches or signs of wear.
Once we receive the watch, we will check the watch within 7 business days to verify its condition.
Depending on the integrity of the watch, we will provide a full or partial refund and promptly notify you of any problems found.
The refund will be made in the same currency of purchase.
